“The Storms A Coming”

In the San Francisco Bay Area, the last couple of weeks have felt more like April than February. Crystal clear blue skies, bright sun, temperatures in the 60′s. So alas, all good things must come to an end. When I checked the weather today, and saw the next 6 days call for heavy rain, I decided I had to try to get one last good sunset in before the storm. So I threw the camera, the tripod, and the dog in the car and sped on down to Rodeo Beach in Sausalito. I had aover an hour to spare before the sunset, so I spent most of that time taking shots of the surfers, who, judging by the large number of them in the water, had the same “now or never” attitude when they checked the weather forcast.
